Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Midlife Mentor, Farmington, Utah, Davis County

Hailey Van Zwedan, LCSW

Reconnect with yourself. Reclaim your voice. Heal your story.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve lost sight of who you are after a painful experience or life change—you’re not alone. I help teens and adults who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their emotional world and begin the process of rebuilding a strong, compassionate sense of self.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful framework that helps you understand the different parts of yourself and how they show up in your daily life.  These “parts” might include the inner critic that pushes you to achieve, the anxious part that tries to keep you safe, or the part that shuts down when things feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or unresolved emotional pain, IFS offers a gentle and empowering path toward healing. I also incorporate tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, and somatic practices to support your growth in a way that feels personalized and effective.

I bring years of experience supporting individuals through emotional trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, and I honor each client’s unique path and pace.

Emma Mansour, PhD

Clinic Director/Owner

I'm a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as ADHD, differential diagnosis and learning disability testing.

My mission is to help you lead a meaningful and fulfilling life by supporting you through life’s challenges and helping you move toward your values and goals.

Through the lens of ACT, I integrate mindfulness-based strategies with behavior change techniques to help you accept difficult thoughts and emotions—without being overwhelmed by them. This approach fosters psychological flexibility, empowering you to take committed action that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD, differential diagnosis and learning disabilities. Whether you're an adult struggling with focus and follow-through or a college student seeking clarity about your learning profile or another clinician wanting more clarification on a client’s diagnosis, I can offer clarity, direction, and next steps for support.

Let’s work together to create a path that honors both your challenges and your capacity to grow.

Imagine experiencing relief from painful memories and overwhelming emotions in just a few sessions.

I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—a fast, effective, and evidence-based approach that uses eye movements and imagery to help the brain reprocess distressing experiences without having to relive them in detail. It’s a gentle, empowering technique that allows clients to gain clarity and emotional relief quickly.

I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges like PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem. ART offers a safe and supportive environment to help reduce symptoms and shift painful memories, while building confidence and resilience.

For younger clients, sessions are tailored to be developmentally appropriate and engaging, creating a space where kids and teens feel safe, seen, and supported. SPANISH SPEAKING sessions also available.

And when I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen—I’m also the owner of a small local bakery. I believe healing happens in many ways, whether it’s through connection, creativity, or comfort.

Lara Johnson, Certified Life Coach

Lara Johnson, Certified Life Coach

I believe every woman deserves the chance to reconnect with who she is—not just as a mother, but as a whole person with dreams, gifts, and purpose beyond the day-to-day demands of parenting.

Since launching my business in 2018, I’ve supported hundreds of women across the globe in navigating identity shifts, reclaiming their passions, and building lives that feel both meaningful and aligned. My work is rooted in the belief that motherhood can be a powerful part of your story—but it doesn’t have to be the whole story.

Clients I’ve worked with have returned to school, started businesses and nonprofits, written books, launched new careers, etc. Some have even redefined success altogether—finding joy in being fully present, managing their homes with more ease, and showing up as the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be.

My approach is supportive, energizing, and grounded in a proven method that helps you create real, lasting change. We’ll work together to help you live more intentionally, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ela Jones, ACMHC

I believe therapy should be a collaborative space—one that helps you understand your emotional patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build the tools you need to feel more grounded.

I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re feeling constantly on edge, stuck in reactive cycles, or overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life, we’ll work together to uncover what’s underneath and create a path forward that feels clear and empowering.

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and incorporate mind-body practices, creativity, and values-based strategies to help you strengthen emotional resilience and deepen your connection to what matters most. I also honor and affirm neurodivergent experiences in our work together.

Depending on your goals, I may use interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and experiential techniques.

Celeste Torman, MSW, CSW

I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space—one that fosters healing, self-discovery, and a renewed sense of hope.

I work collaboratively with clients to create customized treatment plans that honor your unique strengths, relationships, challenges, and goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet you exactly where you are.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, ADHD, boundary struggles, and relationship issues. I also specialize in grief and loss counseling, creating space for clients to process pain, find meaning, and move forward in a way that honors their experiences. This work is informed by both clinical expertise and my journey with loss, which allows me to hold grief with deep empathy and care.

As both a therapist and an artist, I often weave creativity into the process, offering art-based exploration as a powerful outlet for healing. In our work together, I’ll help you not only make sense of where you’ve been, but also build a future that feels aligned, empowered, and fully your own.

Therapist for Stress, Depression & Relationship Challenges | Integrative Mind-Body Approach | Neurodivergent-Inclusive
ADHD & Executive Functioning Specialist | LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist

Emily Szalay, ACMHC

I’m a counselor specializing in ADHD and executive functioning skills development, as well as LGBTQ+ affirming care. I offer support that honors both how your brain works—and who you are.

Living with ADHD often means having a creative, fast-moving mind in a world that expects structure, consistency, and constant organization. You may struggle with time management, focus, or follow-through—not because you’re not trying, but because traditional systems weren’t designed for the way your brain works.

Through ADHD coaching and executive functioning support, I help clients build practical tools, shift unhelpful narratives, and create a life that works with their unique strengths—not against them. This work is about more than coping—it’s about thriving with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

In addition, I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy for individuals navigating identity, relationships, transitions, or the stress of living in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes queer and trans experiences. My office is a space of respect, inclusion, and safety—where you can show up fully, without having to explain or edit who you are.

Cora Reedy, CMHC

Cora Reedy, ACMHC

I help people uncover the deeper roots of anxiety so they can make the changes necessary to show up more fully in their lives.

Anxiety doesn’t just live in your mind—it affects how you communicate in relationships, how confident you feel at work, how patient you are as a parent, and how clear you feel when setting goals or making decisions. It can leave you feeling scattered, stuck, and exhausted from trying to keep everything under control. For women in particular, the misdiagnosis and overlap between ADHD and anxiety can leave you feeling unseen, misunderstood, and more overwhelmed by your struggles.

I specialize in guiding individuals who are tired of quick fixes and ready for real, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, psychological, and even physical layers of your experience—whether rooted in past trauma, nervous system dysregulation, perfectionism, unresolved grief, ADHD, or patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and personalized. I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and the tools to help you reconnect with your sense of calm, clarity, and inner strength.

In our work together, we’ll uncover unhealthy patterns that keep you stuck, learn practical strategies to calm your nervous system, and gently shift the way you relate to your thoughts, fears, and emotions.
